We give 7 days Return and Exchange window for most of our products except some products like laptop body, screen and other products. For first 7 days after the delivery date, You have to courier the item back to us by your own. The return charges will not be reimbursed. After 7 days anything happens and you need to claim warranty then you have to send the item to our address through courier at your own cost. We have a QC team who tests your ordered products to make sure they are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. In addition to the normal quality assurance checks, all the goods have passed in the factory line.

OriginalParts.in Store Standard Return Policies are only applicable to the products purchased by you directly from OriginalParts.in website. All products can be requested for Return Merchandise Authorization within return window period. Customer need to send an email to support@originalparts.in for returns mentioning the order number in subject and the brief about the issue in the item purchased in the body of the email.

Empty Box orders:

In case the customers gets an empty box (which never sent empty by us) but still the customers wants to claim the empty box order, then it must be claimed within 1 hour of the parcel received, after that we would not be responsbile. It must be informed by mail at (info@roshtek.in) with outer images of the box and inside the box. Failure to submit this will not approve your claim.

What is RMA?

RMA is short for Return Merchandise Authorization. Customers who want to return item(s) are required to apply for a RMA. Once the RMA is authorized, customers could return the item(s) by printing the return address on the label.

Once your RMA request is approved, the return address will be offered to you through RMA and you could print it for return.

Should I provide tracking number after I return the item?

Yes, it is necessary to track the returned product.
Note: Roshtek Original Parts Store won’t take any responsibilities for missing returns so a tracking number is required on your side.

Who should be responsible for the returning cost?

When can I get a refund after I returned the item?

Once your RMA is approved, you will get a RMA with the returning address in 1-2 business day. You can print a “Return Shipping Authorization” label with return address and other information and enclose inside your package for further refund or exchange items.

An item was lost or damaged during shipping?

If your item was damaged during shipping, your must inform us on the same day when you receive the parcel. Post 24 hours of receiving the item, we would not be able to help you as we need to inform the courier within 24 hours of delivery. When requesting for damage item received, please be ready to provide Customer Service, photographs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. Please also provide “Proof of Damage” documentation from your courier. Alternatively, you can open the item in front of the delivery person and if you find that it was damaged during shipping, you can reject it, contact us saying you rejected the package, and Roshtek Original Parts Store will then ship you a new item immediately.

When returning an item, we recommend using your local postal service that provides tracking information. Once we’ve received your package, we will begin processing your return, which may take up to 2-3 business days. When processing is completed, we will contact you and issue your refund.

In most cases, we will refund your money within 1-2 business days after your package has been processed. The time it takes to receive your refund will differ based on the payment method you used.
